Key Responsibilities
You will be part of the commercial side of projects to ensure they are delivered in a timely fashion. You will have an important role in advising decisions on ongoing contract negotiations in co-ordination with either the Commercial Manager or Senior Commercial Advisors. The role involves responsibilities such as:
· Involvement in negotiation and management of product sales agreements (gas, oil & NGLs)
· Provision of sales information etc to finance on monthly basis
· Be part of third party tie-in negotiations
· Be part of Commercial negotiations on infrastructure access for oil and gas
· Co-ordinating negotiations on behalf of the DUC partners
· Be involved in negotiations around operational contracts

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, willing to learn and with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals. With the right level of support, you will be capable of understanding, drafting and negotiating complex agreements and modifying existing agreements. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential in combining the technical and non-technical views in order to ensure best commercial outcomes.
Your background:
· MA degree in engineering, economics, law or other relevant area
· Contract arrangement and commercial operations experience an advantage
· Knowledge and experience of oil & gas sales agreements an advantage
· Negotiation and risk management experience an advantage
· Min. 3-5 years’ experience from the oil and gas industry or related industries
· Understanding of Danish / ability to speak Danish an advantage
