Job Description

Join the Mauritius Marketing & Services’ Affiliate and become its new Card Sales Representative! Our Card Sales team is growing and Total Mauritius is currently recruiting 1 Card Sales Representative. Reporting to the Card Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be based in Port Louis.

Main Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy and Sales Promotion
·  Participate in the development of the card sales strategy together with the Card Sales Manager
·  Analyse the competitive environment and propose actions to ensure profitable business growth
·  Participate in the preparation of the budget (volume) and endeavor to meet set target  
Portfolio Management and Prospecting
·  Monitor and Analyse client performance on a monthly basis and take the necessary actions to ensure that objectives are achieved
·  Conduct regular customer visits
·  Input visit reports in the business tool SALSA
·  Identify potential customers through regular prospecting
·  Participate in the implementation of system updates and new tools  
Credit Control
·  Ensure follow up on credit sales and late payment
·  Ensure that payments are received and overdue payments are recovered
·  Ensure compliance with the Commercial Terms and Conditions Sheet

Requirements
·  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Management/ Business Studies
·  Previous experience in sales is highly desirable
·  Self-driven and & highly motivated as well as customer focused
·  Good communication and negotiation skills
·  Good organisational skills
·  Proficient in MS Office
·  Clean and valid private vehicle driving license
·  Proven ability of being a good team player
·  Ability to work outside normal working hours when required
·  Fluent in English and French
