Job Description

·  Ensure functional testing and user acceptance testing of the new software releases and ensure compliance of the delivered software with the users’ specifications
·  Based on business process definition, define the functional specifications of the future software releases. Ensure that software user documentation is up to date and accurate
·  Provide expert support and ensure the interface between the users and the development teams. Understand why errors occur, find ways to work around them until they are corrected. Understand business operations and propose adequate evolution to properly support them.
·  Build detailed tasks planning and commit to following it
·  Negotiate priorities taking into account business constraints
·  Ensure the consistency of the business requirements with the overall ETRM system
·  Promote the new features and functionalities and to participate to the Change Management

Candidate profile

University educated to at least master’s level in an engineering field.  Fluent in English and French.

One to five years experience on a Trading floor as diversified as possible including a middle-office position, a solid understanding of commodity trading, a solid IT background with experience of software development in complex environment, and a first experience of project management in an international environment. Good knowledge of modelling tools and methodology (UML for instance).

This position requires autonomy, discipline, to be resourceful and well organised. Be proactive, and have good ability to convince, IT skills and interest essential. Good communication skills and service-oriented. Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
