Job Description

·  Monitor postings on critical accounts.
·  Control and report on a monthly basis actual fixed costs versus budgeted data.
·  Analyse and propose areas of improvement to reduce fixed costs.
·  Report delays in postings of monthly fixed expenses.
·  Collect data for the budget.
·  Prepare adhoc reports for management.
·  Manage profit and loss cost center master data in SAP.
·  Manage vendor master data in SAP.
·  Manage and follow up on the investment budget.
·  Participate in the monthly stock taking.
·  Any other section activities.

Candidate profile

·  Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
·  Functional skills in Accounting and Microsoft packages.
·  Minimum of 1 year work experience in a busy corporate environment.
·  Should be able to work under minimum supervision.
·  Must be flexible, quick to adapt and self motivated.
·  Must have a high level of integrity.
·  Must have good analytical, communication and report writing skills.
