Job Description
Operations and Scheduling:
· Responsible of Truck Scheduling for all Truck activities. Coordinate with Trucking Companies, Truck terminals and receivers. Send loading orders and nomination accordingly
· Pipeline Scheduler for a local pipeline of the Aviation Perimeter (Badger, West shore, Magellan, Buckeye). Coordinate with Pipeline Company, loading and discharging terminal for proper timing and quantities. Send loading order and nomination accordingly. Contracts Follow-Up:
· Follow-up and check all systems once new contracts are negotiated. Ensure that all IT systems are correctly reflecting new prices and volumes
· Ensure Proper Communication to all Channels: Aviation Team, Airports, Billing and Credit Teams, Legal, etc.
· Ensure Tax Compliance process assisted with a Tax Expert Inventory Management :
· Manage inventory level in Accounting Systems for all airports and pipelines
· Identify the discrepancies between third party reports and internal tools and coordinate action with Aviation Team or Billing Team, Middle Office
· Daily Dashboard Update Monthly Inventory Reconciliation and point of contact for Shared Services Inventory Accounting team.

Candidate profile
Bachelor Degree and three-five years of related contract, scheduling and/or accounting experience.
· Microsoft Office (high skill level with Excel), SAP experience.
· Import and export regulations, understanding of INCO-terms.
· Exposure to refined product trading terminology, hedging basics

Contexte and environment
High interaction needs with all members of the Aviation Team (Aviation Sales Manager, The Sales, Supply & Logistic Supervisor and Aviation Schedulers), Accounting and Billing Team to ensure a timely update of the inventory figures in all Systems.
· Work in a highly digitalized environment with several IT Systems (SAP, Medissys (an internal hedging management tool), Platt’s (a market price reporting entity), Excel, Internal Big Data Management software, Fuel Release software, etc...)
· Work in an open office environment (cubicle) for shared communication between Operations and Accounting.
· Need to be able to adapt to perform the necessary tasks in a busy environment.
· May require outside normal working hours intervention in case of operational emergencies.
