Job Description
Responsible for all incoming/outgoing company letters and correspondences for MD's review.
✓Responsible for the maintenance/proper filing system and excellent housekeeping of the MD’s office
✓ Securing and coordination of the Managing Director・s appointments and ensure he keeps his prelisted appointments
✓Responsible for bookings, processing of all air travel tickets, letter of invitations, and hotel reservations for all foreign trips in the company.
✓DHL: Prompt dispatch of outgoing document to intended offices.
✓Requisition: Responsible for raising all requisitions emanating from the office of the MD
✓Responsible for the management and supervision of the MD’s house staff and driver.
✓Recharge card , water and item for MD’s office

Candidate profile
A holder of first degree in communications, Business or Social Science from a recognized University.
✓Must have a very good working experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
✓ Must be friendly, patient, respectful, smart, accommodating and have good attitudinal behavior.
✓Must have good interpersonal, writing, communication, and listening skills with impeccable integrity.
