Job description

Toptix (www.toptix.com) is a software development company supplying our event ticketing system to the live entertainment and visitor attraction sectors.

Following a number of high profile new contracts, we are expanding our Helpdesk Team and are currently recruiting Helpdesk & Implementation Analysts to assist our customers in using our in-house developed software solution.

The main responsibilities of this customer facing appointment include processing incoming requests and helpdesk tickets, data analysis, troubleshooting and educational services to our clients.

This exciting role is suited to a dynamic individual with good analytical and communication skills, with experience of working on a helpdesk, a confident problem solver, keenly client focused, with the ability to work alone and in a team with a capacity for self-learning.

This is a full time position based in our Clapham North office in London with some requirement to travel. The role will include shift work to cover out of hours Helpdesk calls.
