TOPBUYER B2B global fashion market place is an online marketplace for wholesale buying. We are looking for intelligent, ambitious and driven Buying and Merchandising Interns to join our busy Buying team.

We are looking for bright, fearless and hard working candidates who are outgoing, detail oriented, tech-savvy; customer focused, and will take ownership of small tasks and big projects with positive attitude.

Fashion Buyer will be responsible to contact wide range of brands (suppliers) from our community and be able to build up and maintain a good relationship with clients via phone and email. You must be a quick thinker & be able to keep up any conversation going. It's also crucial for this role that you have high energy & a bubbly outlook.

Desired profile

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Managing and developing the supply base, obtaining contacts through cold outreach, and schedule meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients. Including accounts set-up, phone calls, email support, and update training guides etc.
• Assisting in sales process, tradeshow/Market Support. Miscellaneous cross-functional administrative tasks.
• Data Entry, such as Product uploads, line sheet creation and modification. Work as a team and contribute to the fast growing movement of the company.

Required Qualities:

• A creative eye to be able to drive trends.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills with colleagues, suppliers and other people from different levels.
• Motivated self-starters propelled by restless curiosity and initiative.
• Flexible and willing to work through ambiguity in order to find a critical path and approach to the deadline.
• Proactive, resourceful and creative, and relevant experience as a buyer in fashion industry would be a plus.(but not essential)
