It is our aim to be the number one independent tool shop online by offering a huge range, competitive prices, and of course service that is second to none!

Tooled-Up.com are a growing online tool retailer, operating a busy and successful e-commerce website. We are always looking for talented individuals.

We are looking for an additional customer services representative for our Enfield Office.

You must be able to demonstrate an Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, together with accurate inputting and processing skills required to work in the already successful team. Confident personality with the ability to deal with an array of customer enquiries and resolve them with your knowledge of customer services and full training given.

You will require an excellent level of the English language, spoken and written and the ability of a 'can do' attitude to get on with the job in hand.

Once trained, making decisions on best practise on behalf of the company is top priority.With the ability to compile own written correspondence and represent the company in a professional manner as well as enjoy working as part of a successful team.

Working hours: 37.5hrs per week. Between 8am and 5.30 pm Monday-Friday
