Summary
The TJX Global Talent Acquisition Strategy Team is responsible for shaping the future of Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE), developing strategy, programs and initiatives to identify and accelerate new growth in Global Talent Acquisition.
The Role
We’re looking for a strong candidate to support the evolution of the Global Talent Acquisition function within TJX. The ATS and Reporting Administrator will manage the key updates and system maintenance for our Success Factors Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additionally this individual will be responsible for developing reporting framework and dashboards.
As a member of a small, high-profile, high-performance, fast-paced team, the role provides unparalleled perspective and exposure to Global Talent Acquisition and TJX.
Role & Responsibilities
· Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Information Systems to implement improvements to our ATS.
· Provide upskilling to TA Recruiters and Coordinators regarding ATS functionality and best practices.
· Monitor the system for appropriate usage and key recruitment activities.
· Design, build, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that deliver recruitment and workforce insights through metrics and key performance indicators.
· Become the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition Systems landscape, inclusive of ATS, CRM, and Talent communities.
· Use data to provide insight to recruitment trends and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leaders to identify causes and potential solutions.
· Provide timely analytics and insights into planned, repeated activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
· 3-5 years comparable Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Operations experience
· 2-4 years’ experience in metrics, reporting, and analysis
· Advanced Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot and VLookups
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
· Strong presentation skills
· Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of ATS (Success Factors), CRM (Avature) and Oracle
· Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
· Knowledge of visualization tools such as Visio, Qlikview, Tableau
