Job Description:
We’re looking for a Store Operations Specialist to enhance our store systems and processes, ensuring smooth project rollouts and effective communication with internal teams. You'll partner with various departments to maintain customer satisfaction programs, provide technical support, and drive operational efficiency. What You’ll Do:
Develops and implements enhancements to existing Store Operations systems, processes and programs including project and roll out plans for JOY, Damages, Door to floor, markdowns and service areas
Assesses and determines the strategy needed to support project rollout, schedules, documentation, policy and procedures, and communications in partnership with Store Operations internal teams including Training and Communication, Technology, Workforce Planning and Programs, Merchandise and Field Presentation
Partners with Customer Service and Media and Insights department(s) to maintain the Customer Satisfaction Survey Program (i.e., analysis of reports and dashboards, creating, and maintaining operational guides, attending vendor meetings etc.)
Communicates new Store Operations processes and programs to the Field Operational teams and ensures effective execution by providing continuous problem solving, procedural and technical support
Implements detailed timelines and determines priorities for completion of all Operational activities / initiatives
About You:
Minimum two (2) years of related retail operations experience
Post-secondary degree in related field, e.g. Retail or Business Management considered an asset
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or in the process of obtaining certification is an asset
Understanding and applying principles of project control; ability to manage projects within one or more systems
Solid problem-solving skills including analysis of information and research skills with knowledge of design/manipulation concepts
Strong organizational skills including change management, time management; ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, and multi-task with limited supervision and under time pressure
