What you’ll do

As a Senior Engineer, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, high-performance video infrastructure across the enterprise. You’ll work on complex projects involving IP-based camera systems, NVRs, and network architecture. You’ll be responsible for engineering scalable solutions, performing deep diagnostics, and proactively improving platform reliability and security.

We seek a technically strong engineer who understands the full stack of video and network technologies and is passionate about building robust systems—not just supporting them.
 

What you’ll need

We’re looking for engineers who are curious, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions. You should be comfortable owning smaller projects, contributing to larger initiatives, and supporting platform reliability and scalability.
 

Responsibilities: 

• Engineer secure and scalable IP-based video infrastructure

• Design and configure networks for camera systems, including VLANs, PoE, and QoS

• Implement and enforce security protocols including encryption, authentication, and firewall rules

• Perform deep troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark, log analysis, and latency testing

• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure platform reliability

• Contribute to firmware lifecycle management and remote diagnostics for cameras and NVRs

• Participate in architecture discussions and provide input on technical decisions

• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing across the team
