What's on Offer?

We are growing and have a new opportunity for a Shift Operations Manager (Afternoon Shift) at TJX Australia Processing Centre, Marsden Park.

As a Shift Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the site achieves daily production targets through the effective management of Line Managers. Accountable for maintaining best standards and practices by promoting a safe, supportive and cohesive work environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and delivery of the site business plan.

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and prompt corrective actions to any findings.

• Plan and execute the daily operational strategy.

• Partner with Service Assurance Business Partner to identify opportunities and implement initiatives for continuous improvements in methodology, quality, consistency, and effectiveness.

• Ensure housekeeping standards and safe methods of work are met and maintained in line with Health & Safety at Work Regulations and Company Health & Safety Policies.

What TJX is looking for

• Management operations experience in manufacturing, processing, or distribution environments of similar size.

• Understanding of Health & Safety and legal requirements within distribution or processing environments.

• Ability to coach, lead, and motivate large teams to achieve results.

• Experience working in performance-targeted workplaces.

• Proficiency in clear communication at all levels and effective delegation, along with knowledge of warehouse management systems.
