What you’ll do

TJX Architecture is spearheading the global digital transformation of the organization. We partner with our product teams, capture strategy, assess the current state capabilities, establish future state needs, build roadmap leveraging cutting edge components such as Cloud, DevOps, Intelligent Automation and usher in the next generation technology solutions that power the business capabilities for the organization. We seek technical team members with domain expertise and excellent interpersonal skills, as our positions rely heavily on communication with key stakeholders in both business and engineering realms. You'll be part of influencing a multi-year roadmap for delivering enterprise-grade cloud technologies.

As a Scrum Master for the Intelligent Automation team your role will be work with multiple teams, globally, to support the planning and delivery of the Intelligent Automation capabilities to the Business. You will work closely with multiple, global Business units and technical teams, to deliver an innovative set of capabilities to our Business Stakeholders. Your core responsibilities will be to support and enforce the agile principles, communicate status, facilitate meetings and ceremonies, remove roadblocks and lead the team’s efforts in steadfast improvement.

 

What you’ll need

Our team is looking for people with a passion for technology, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to try new things to drive better solutions and get results. We want people that are familiar with the challenges of developing and deploying software in the cloud as we continue to modernize.

 

Critical Skills:

·  5-7 years as a Scrum Master/Project Manager/Program Manager with dedicated agile teams using Agile/Scrum.
·  Relevant undergraduate BA, BS degree in IT or Business or equivalent experience.
·  Solid Understanding of Agile tools (JIRA/ Confluence).
·  Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills, and facilitation skills
·  Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities

 

Preferred Skills:

·  SAFe methodology experience.
·  Experience with Automation platforms (such as BluePrism or UI Path etc.)
·  Agile Certification
