Risk & Compliance Placement Programme

On our 12-month Risk & Compliance Placement Programme, you’ll be part of our global Risk & Compliance function, which enables the effective execution of our global TJX business operating model and navigation of ever-increasingly complex risk, resilience and compliance challenges.

Throughout the programme, you’ll rotate around key risk domains in our Product Compliance team - supporting strategic programmes and initiatives and working alongside a collaborative team who’ll support your development every step of the way. You will learn key technical knowledge, build relationships across different geographies and gain hands-on experience:

• Support key strategic work that ensures the organisation understands and complies with regulations and safety standards - addressing key priorities and business opportunities
• Learn how we risk-assess situations to balance compliance requirements, regulatory impact and commercial decision-making
• Get involved in providing training and guidance to the business, as well as communicating legislation changes
