DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving

·         Retrieve FI bills from traffic office at start of shift and often throughout the shift.

·         Check for newest racking guidance and ladder plan changes and update the receiving tool.

·         Update, print and distribute the latest racking guidance to receivers.

·         Update receiving tool with latest YMS trailer info.

·         Process new FI bills timely for each PO of the bill.

·  Check ladder plan
·  Verify carton count
·  Verify unit totals against PO balance
·  Route to appropriate processing area
·  Print Po’s for BOL Packets

·         Communicate with receiving supervisor on what trailers to schedule based on building needs.
·         Fill out trailer move sheets with completed trailers and re-spots as needed.
·         Update receiving tool with trailer completions and new re-spots.
·         Update trailer completion log with completed trailers.
·         Fill out EOS receiving recap.
·         Perform daily yard audit with LP.
·         Generate receiving audit reports daily to be signed by associates.

Education and experience:

High School Diploma

Job skills required to perform this job:

Good communication and organizational skills
Typing, personal computer and word processing skills

Minimum experience required to perform this job:
6-12 months related experience
