Meet Kelly
Kelly is a Project Analyst II in our Systems Department. She is responsible forimplementing IT solutions across multiple geographies and TJX Divisions. We utilize scrum agile and SAFe methodologies to incrementally deliver working software and implement changes quickly and efficiently into production. As a Project Analyst, you will partner primarily with Product Managers and Release Train Engineers within the TJX North American Selling and Store Operations delivery team to ensure Epics are carried out according to plan inclusive of schedules, project estimates, resources, tasks, deliverables, and budget. You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting Epic & team financials. You will also coordinate project change requests and onboarding activities as needed.

Now, if you were to come on board as one of ourProject Analyst II, we’d ask you to do the following:
· Partners with Product Managers and Release Train Engineers to ensure Epics are carried out according to plan inclusive of schedules, financial estimates, resources, tasks, deliverables, sprint plans, rolling wave plans, program governance and budget. With guidance from a Scrum Master/Product Owner could help deliver Epics & features.
· Portfolio includes the Epics to deliver Selling & Payments solutions (Point of Sale & Payments solutions) along with participation across several other product teams within the North America Selling and Store Operations domain.
· Performs frequent reporting and analysis of financial actuals against forecasts at a portfolio level. Provides findings and resolves discrepancies with Product Managers and IT Finance.
· Responsible for helping to forecast and analyze resource plans, schedules and onboarding.
· Monitors and resolves issues related to PO creation and/or reconciliation. Follows up with IT Finance and/or 3rd party vendors as appropriate.
· Manages deliverable signoff process on behalf of the PM, create Integrity/MKS layout and coordinates formal signoff process. Implement and monitors adherence to internal SOX controls, project management methodologies and processes across the projects and/or programs to meet criteria for EPMO Stage Gate gates.
· Plans, coordinates and monitors the logistics of IT equipment for medium to high complexity projects.
· Identifies hardware and software requirements. Maintains and distributes hardware / software inventory levels for all service providers including disposal / decommission process. Monitors and enforces Service Level agreements.
· Assist Product Managers with timely and effective communications program statuses, agendas and takes minutes.
· As applicable based on Solution Delivery domain, this person will be involved in discussions around hardware implementation & other software requirements based on specifications and makes recommendations to management.
· Prepares budgets, purchase orders, invoices forecasts and accruals.
· Invoice sign-off for receipt of goods and/or services.
· Coordinates equipment hardware refresh cycle and asset management lifecycle.
· May have oversight over some 3rd party resources and contractor reports.
· Experience with identifying and escalating or resolving issues as necessary.
· Partners with Product Management to ensure projects are on track and within budget.
· Partners with Release Train Engineer to prepare for PI planning events prior to and day of the events. This includes room bookings, table set up, agenda co-ordination, food and beverages etc.

· Bachelor's Degree in technology, information systems, business, accounting, finance, engineering or communications
· At least 2+ years of relevant work experience which includes
· Project Analyst experience across multiple projects or a program through the entire solution delivery process and financial reporting.
· Proactively identifies when projects and/or programs are tracking off schedule, over or under budget thresholds and out of compliance with requirements & it escalates to the Project/Product Manager.
· Makes process improvement recommendations to management, drives consistency and improve reporting.
· Ad hoc reporting and analysis as necessary.
· Providing guidance and direction to other junior level analysts.
· Industry recognized project management certification preferred.
