Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate to join our team as an Assistant to the Site General Manager and the Vice President of Distribution - Germany & Poland, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the management team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Site General Manager and the Vice President of Distribution – Germany & Poland in carrying out daily tasks,
  • Organizing and coordinating business trips, conferences, training sessions and other meetings held both at the Distribution Center and externally,
  • Comprehensive handling of visits from external guests – including bookings, logistics, travel planning, and expense reporting,
  • Managing email correspondence and coordinating the calendars of the Site General Manager and the Vice President of Distribution - Germany & Poland,
  • Ongoing collaboration and communication with all departments within the Processing Center and TX Europe branches,
  • Creating and preparing presentations and other visual materials,
  • Organizing and managing the reception area at the Distribution Center,
  • Preparing reports, summaries, letters and editing and proofreading documents,
  • Representing the company externally and liaising with suppliers,
  • Managing documents flow,
  • Building positive relationships both inside and outside the company,
  • Coordinating and managing the company car fleet,
  • Performing additional tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint,
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and under time pressure,
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills – communicative, reliable, available,
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail,
  • Discretion, loyalty and high personal culture,
  • A category B driving license will be an additional asset,
  • Experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
