Job Description:

The Opportunity

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Planning Team in maintaining accurate records and efficient processes within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Enter purchase orders in WMS and make modifications when necessary while adhering to deadlines

• Maintain Pick List Database/WMS to ensure accurate reporting

• Collaborate with Planning team to enhance administrative processes

• Dispatch purchase orders via APTOS for proper inventory transfer

• Ensure recording of inbound and outbound freight movements

• Experience within a similar environment is desirable

• Intermediate level of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills

• Ability to work within a fast paced and hands on environment
