Meet Akira
Akira is a Merchant and Vendor Relations Analyst in our Logistics Department. She is responsiblefor the co-ordination and analysis to support non-merchandise Merchant and Vendor activities inculding but not limited to, the duty drawback program, store ready program and Vendor Performance.

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Merchant and Vendor Relations Analyst,we’d ask you to do the following:
· Responsible for providing support to vendors on TJX Canada’s duty drawback program including providing required documentation (e.g. B3’s), providing PO analysis and supporting information
· Monitor work of 3 rd party duty drawback broker to ensure timelines are met and provide update to teams as required
· Develop, design and provide monthly reports to TJX Canada Merchants and Logistics on duty drawback progress
· Gather information and provide analysis to support Store Ready program, Vendor Performance and Freight Terms
· Support Merchant and Vendor Relations Managers Of in reporting and analysis for Merchant and Vendor meetings and performance updates

· Minimum 4 to 5 years of retail and or supply chain industry experience
· Post-secondary degree in a related field or discipline
· Proficient in developing and designing day to day reports and ad-hoc reporting from the Milestone Visibility (Descartes) Tool. Proficient in Excel.
· Strong research and analytical skills (information gathering, and data analysis)
· Excellent organizational skills (including the ability to prioritize), which includes ensuring that all reports and tasks are completed meeting the established deadlines
· Strong problem solving skills including identifying and resolving issues including following up with appropriate people and departments
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal (communicating regularly with various departments, vendor and merchant teams) and written (reports, analyses, interpretation of documentation etc.), conflict management skills
· Excellent customer service skills to be able to respond to inquiries and building relationships with merchants, vendors and carriers
· Good knowledge of overall merchandise flow from Vendor to Distribution Centre
