What you’ll do

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

  • This position is responsible for establishing the vision and strategy for the Loyalty and Consumer Insights portfolios, 12-18 months out, to achieve department and corporate objectives, build customer loyalty, represent the voice of the customer, improve business knowledge and drive marketing ROI
  • Identifies opportunities to learn about shopper behaviour (for Canadian consumers, TJX Canada shoppers and/or STYLE+ Loyalty members) and leverages data and insights to build programs that achieve business objectives, improve acumen for stakeholders, and grow market share
  • Thinks broadly, holistically interpreting and connecting the dots between data, trends and insights, converting them into effective narratives for brand and business partners
  • Thinks about what-if’s and pro-actively ideates data analytics possibilities leveraging 1st party data sources, to better understand customer behavior; Champions the power of data and analytics with stakeholders
  • Advocates for innovative opportunities, including in-store activations, 3rd party initiatives and marketing communications, to drive greater loyalty member acquisition, engagement and retention

 

What you’ll need

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

  • Strong storytelling skills, ability to leverage information and repackage into understandable and impactful narratives, adapting communication style for different audiences
  • Demonstrates strong prioritization skills; understands how to balance workload versus capacity for themselves and their team
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills including analysis of information
  • Ability to develop and build relationships with internal and external partner

 

Salary Range: $106,590 - $161,364* /year

 

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
