Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Function as primary person responsible for receiving supplies and parts, checking packing slips and other receiving documents for accuracy of shipment and be familiar with purchase order creation procedures. Maintain parts inventory levels and organization in storeroom, back up supply area, and specific machine areas as necessary utilizing CMMS system. Coordinate purchases, part identification and sourcing with vendors as needed supporting the department manager. Provides administrative support to the Maintenance Department
Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs business function support duties assisting in the planning and scheduling of work and projects for internal and external customers in various systems. Provides reports as needed.
• Orders supplies and parts as needed and assists in the tracking of onsite material and parts inventories. Champions the storeroom organization.
• Issues purchase orders for parts/materials/vendor scheduled work.
• Conducts monthly and quarterly inventory checks.
• Assists in tracking expenses/budget as needed.
• Interacts with internal/external customers.
• Maintain subcontractor(s) work order files and spreadsheet log for timely completion.
• Assist with reviewing and compiling monthly invoices.
• Assemble, archive, and maintain office files and binders for future reference.
• Work with Vendors to identify replacement or lower cost products and supplies.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional assignments as needed.
Minimum formal education, if any, required to perform this job e.g., Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Law Degree). High School Diploma or equivalent job experience.
Minimum job skills required to perform this job (for example: programming languages, strong interpersonal skills, computer software packages). Strong computation skills Knowledge of computers - Microsoft Applications, Oracle, CMMS, and other systems
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.

Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)
Pay Range: 18.45 - 25.40
