What's on Offer?

As a Logistics Specialist – Outbound, you’ll play a vital role in planning and managing the daily outbound operations. Your focus will be on ensuring that TK Maxx Australia Stores and Store Operations receive their deliveries and information in the most efficient and timely manner possible.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics environment where your coordination skills and attention to detail will directly support store performance.

We understand that great logistics talent comes from a variety of backgrounds. If you’ve previously worked in roles such as:

• Transport Dispatcher or Scheduler – managing delivery schedules, tracking shipments, or optimizing routes

• Transport Planner – coordinating freight and delivery timelines

• Fleet Manager – overseeing transport operations and vehicle logistics

• Logistics Coordinator – working with international or domestic 3PL vendors

• Supply Chain Specialist – supporting end-to-end supply chain functions

• Logistics Specialist – in either domestic or international contexts

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound deliveries to ensure stores receive stock on time and in full.

• Manage return logistics and offsite stock movements, keeping everything running smoothly.

• Track performance and delivery metrics, using data to drive improvements.

• Champion safety and compliance, making sure all transport activities meet legal and company standards.

• Identify delivery issues early and work with teams to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience in coordinating transport, freight and distribution logistics

• Proficient with MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Supports a culture of respect and collaboration, bringing people together to achieve goals

• Takes pride in accuracy, ensuring even the small things are well done
