Our expanding Risk Management team has an opportunity for an Insurance Analyst. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Risk Management, the Insurance Analyst is crucial to supporting the TJX global insurance and risk financing portfolio. The position involves daily tasks to ensure efficient insurance program execution and support for internal risk management requests. This is a hybrid role based in our Marlborough, MA offices. During the onboarding and initial training period, this position may require expanded onsite days to build relationships with key internal stakeholders and external business partners.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, brokers, and carriers to provide certificates of insurance.
- Assist in the annual insurance renewal by collecting exposure data and maintaining policy documents.
- Handle corporate risk management invoices, deposits, mail, and visa travel letter requests.
- Generate reports using Oracle, Workday, and other vendor sites for departmental initiatives and reporting.
- Maintain departmental tracking documents and document work processes.
- Manage quarterly and annual workers’ compensation payroll filings for monopolistic states.
Who We Are Looking For: You
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in insurance-related fields such as carrier, agency, brokerage, risk management supporting corporate plans.
- Professional insurance designations or active enrollment in programs like CIC, CPCU, ARM, CRM, etc. a plus.
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Experience manipulating large data sets and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365/Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as comfort quickly learning new technology and platforms.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent professional experience

This position has a starting salary range of $66,500 to $83,100 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
