Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Health & Safety Specialist.

What you’ll do:
You’ll be at the heart of our safety strategy, identifying risks and driving solutions across our Polish operations. From collaborating with managers to engaging with external regulators, you’ll make sure our standards are not only met — but exceeded.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the implementation of our Corporate Health & Safety Plan
• Supporting and influencing the delivery of our Health & Safety Policy
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure safe systems of work are in place
• Analyzing data and providing actionable insights to improve compliance
• Investigating incidents and recommending improvements
• Staying up to date with Polish legislation and advising on necessary changes
• Liaising with authorities such as PIP, PIS, and PSP
• Participating in audits and driving continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships across the business to promote a safety-first culture

What you’ll bring:

• Professional Health & Safety qualifications (in line with Polish regulations)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
• Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) across retail and business locations
• Valid Category B driving license
• Analytical mindset and curiosity to challenge the status quo
• Confidence to present and influence at all levels
• Resilience and a self-driven approach
• Understanding of the off-price retail model is a plus!
