Why You
Are you a resilient, commercial self-starter with a knack for managing end-to-end business units? TJX Europe is looking for a Gift Card Manager to lead our Pan-European gift card program. You’ll collaborate with marketing teams across Europe and globally, manage a team, and drive sales in all revenue streams. We’re seeking someone with strong analytical skills, a high degree of numeracy, and a focus on delivering results while maintaining our business principles.
What You’ll Do
Manage 4 gift card revenue streams including Stores, Online, Prepaid and Malls for TK Maxx and Homesense brands in all our European markets.
Collaborate with external and prepaid partners to establish strategies and budgets.
Review weekly design performance and propose actions.
Manage control documents and processes, including phasing, PO tracking, and timescales.
Oversee store allocation processes and sales/inventory reviews.
Input into long-term gift card strategy and annual planning.
Review and analyse reports to determine trends and weekly actions for the team.
Maintain an external perspective on market trends and competitive landscape.
Manage, coach, and develop the Gift Card Officer.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in gift card programs is desirable.
Strong in fostering relationships and partnerships.
Commercially savvy with strong organizational skills.
Effective communicator with the ability to assimilate information quickly.
Ability to work cross-functionally and across different regions.
Customer-focused and comfortable working “in the grey.”
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
