Job Description:

We’re looking for a GS&P Project Coordinator Co-op. In this role, you'll coordinate all project activities and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and monitoring progress against targets. You'll research, gather information, and summarize data, while maintaining and updating project trackers. This position offers the opportunity to develop formal project documentation, build relationships with internal and external business partners, and leverage your organizational skills to drive successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Do 

  • Supports Category Management team to deliver regional and global sourcing events across all assigned categories including sourcing administration and event analysis support 

  • Supports project start up and close off tasks are completed; assists with contract coordination as required; responsible for communicating status updates of projects to category management team 

  • Assists in developing plans and schedules for completion of the project ensuring full utilization of all resources 

  • Reviews and updates activities within a Project tracker (Sievo); partnering closely with Category Management team 

  • Develops and distributes formal project documentation to key stakeholders for all projects 

 

About You: 

  • Minimum one (1) year related experience in project coordination or office administration 

  • Pursuing post-secondary education in Business Management or related area considered an asset 

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure 

  • Demonstrated interpersonal abilities to perform effectively in a collaborative environment, where partnering with others and building strong working relationships are critical; building relationships with internal and external partners 

  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing needs of the business, and changing priorities 

  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Salary Range: $43,117.50-$60,364.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
