Ecommerce Site Optimization Specialist

As the Ecommerce Site Optimization Specialist, you will be supporting the on-site optimization for MarMaxx.com (TJMaxx.com and Marshalls.com), or Sierra.com, implementing and maintaining customer-centric strategies, on-site tests, and enhancements to drive profitable sales! In your role, you will partner with your manager to optimize the site experience by continuously evaluating sales, conversion, and overall website performance. Responsibilities also include on-site testing, on-site search & SEO, product recommendations, and new site features. We will accomplish this by consistently collaborating with cross functional partners in Digital Experience, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, curious, and passionate about delivering a leading off-price digital experience.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Develops, maintains, and analyzes customer reporting, identifying trends to deliver strategies that drive conversion through a deep understanding of customer behavior analytics.
- Supports conversion planning, identifying historical trends and future business initiatives that would impact conversion plans – highlights these to cross-functional partners to ensure an accurate plan.
- Develops and implements A/B testing roadmap – complete tests and strategies across site, driving traffic through the shopping funnel and fuel incremental conversion.
- Drives experience, strategy, and performance of on-site search & SEO, ensuring optimal configuration and improving the customer search experience.
- Supports Product recommendations strategy, implementing and testing strategies to ensure relevant and fully optimized results are produced across shopping journey (cross-sells, up-sells).
- Partner with Digital Experience to roll out and maintain new features and projects.
- Monitor competition, share findings and make recommendations for site promotional opportunities.
- Collaborate across the TJX Digital brands finding opportunities to drive business.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an analytics or optimization role
- Understanding of ecommerce & business KPIs; Strong analytical and critical analysis skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft products like Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and A/B Testing a plus
- Agile and innovative problem solver with strong problem-solving skills and effective prioritization
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships, be personable, maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with others
This position is hybrid requiring at least two days per week in the Framingham, MA office and is not open to remote.
