Job Description:

We’re looking for a Data Center Operations Coordinator to join our team at TJX. Plus, benefit from tuition reimbursement, merchandise discounts, and our Associate and Family Assistant Program.  In this role, you'll lead and coordinate Data Centre staff, ensure production flow, provide support and training, manage reports, and oversee data entry activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate Data Centre staff, ensuring production flow and reporting.
• Provide support, training, guidance, and direction to Data Centre staff.
• Manage, collect, filter, and process various management reports.
• Communicate with the Planning Department regarding old date and distribution information.
• Assist Data Centre Associates and Clerks with daily activities and ensure steady ticket flow and productivity.

About You:

• OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, and intermediate computer skills (e.g., MS Office, IMSP, SCAN).
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships and provide effective customer service.

• Shift Information: C Shift - Monday to Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30am
