What  you’ll be doing:

Enter all Production and Indirect data into the Productivity Accountability Tracking System (PATS)/ Labor Management Software not interfaced directly from SCAN. Analyzes each associates’ daily activity to identify and correct issues with data transmission, incorrect transferring of associates, and indirect requests that do not fit into the time slot as requested. Interacts with Supervisors to ensure issues are resolves. Requires a high level of sensitivity to payroll deadlines and accuracy of productivity and indirect data to ensure incentive pay for associates is timely and accurate. Archives data to meet all personnel payroll requirements.
