Job Description:

Hey Perth! TK Maxx is landing in Willetton in 2026, and we’re on the lookout for a dynamic, people-first Assistant Store Manager to help us launch with a bang. If you’re ready to lead with energy, inspire a team, and bring the thrill of the find to life – this is your moment.

The successful candidate will commence as soon as possible and will train at our existing Midland Gate store.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager – leading from the front and making things happen:

• Lead, coach, and energise your team to deliver amazing customer experiences

• Drive sales and hit targets while keeping the store looking its best

• Support with stock flow, visual merchandising, and operational excellence

• Be the go-to for team motivation, problem-solving, and creating a fun, inclusive culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven retail leadership experience (fashion or fast-paced retail is a bonus!)

• A natural motivator who thrives on team success

• Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping moments

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods
