What you’ll do
As the Application and Technology Portfolio Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
Contribute to the vision for Architecture and Application Portfolio Management products and practices.
Develop and implement standards and best practices.
Communicate vision, strategy, plans, and best practices to stakeholders.
Communicate and train end users on new features or enhancements to Enterprise Architecture Portfolio Management tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and to ensure product usability.
Manage product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.
Lead and oversee projects to enable product and practice maturity, and to deliver value-add outcomes, e.g.:
Application Portfolio Management, including data quality assurance, technical and functional fit assessments, strategic direction, lifecycle management, and roadmaps
Alignment of application strategy with business capability gaps
Current and future state architecture modeling
Identification of enterprise and portfolio rationalization and simplification opportunities
Identification of application and technology interdependencies
Liaise with vendors to ensure that TJX feature/function requests are considered in vendor product roadmaps.
Collaborate with IT product owners on release management and ongoing operations.
Monitor industry trends on Architecture and Application Portfolio Management and implement best practices.
Develop and maintain documentation and reports on portfolio status, metrics, and outcomes.
What you’ll need (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience defining strategy for and managing third party products.
Experience in managing vendor and stakeholder relationships and expectations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent data management and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field.
Certification in Enterprise Architecture or Portfolio Management (e.g., TOGAF, PMP).
Experience in Application and Technology Portfolio Management and related methodologies, e, g. Gartner TIME/6R.
Experience with Enterprise Architecture Management tools, e.g. LeanIX, Ardoq, Aha!
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
