The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career. 

  • Support initial review of contract review requests from internal business partners.
  • Set up and administer matters in matter management/legal billing system (CounselLink), and use system to generate reports.
  • Outlook calendar management and scheduling.
  • Draft and type correspondence and other documents.
  • Assist with production of presentations; create high-quality graphic and text layouts.
  • Process expense reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Work with company travel department to coordinate travel.
  • Assist with other administrative support needs from the Commercial Contracts team and others, as needed.

 

Who We Are Looking For: You.  

  • Associates degree or equivalent certificate program preferred
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support capacity
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-starter with ability to work and solve problems independently.
  • Ability to move from one task to another quickly and prioritize work.
  • Demonstrated diligence, attention-to-detail and follow-through skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with legal billing, matter management and document management systems a plus.

This position has a starting pay range of $25.10 to $34.50 per hour.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience
