Junior CRM Consultant

Job description

Tisski is seeking to recruit a Junior Consultant capable of working as part of our CRM team to deliver business management solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Responsibilities will include requirements gathering, basic configuration and deployment of customer systems.

Applications are invited from candidates demonstrating excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to work as part of a project team; as well as proven experience in working with end-users to analyse requirements. Desired profile

Applicant Specification:

The successful applicant will be a graduate (2:1 or higher) with ideally at least one year’s experience working as part of an IT project team.
Excellent communication skills; the ability to work within varied customer environments, individually and as part of a technical team; and a willingness to rapidly learn new skills are essential for this role.

As Junior Consultant, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Graduate (2:1 or higher)
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Full UK driving license

The following skills are desirable but not essential for the role:

• Dynamics CRM 4 or 2011 configuration or CRM solutions
• .Net development
• End-user training
• Experience of working as part of an IT project team
