Tinies Childcare are delighted to be recruiting Crèche Assistants to work at the Tinies Crèche based at the IKEA store in Birmingham.

Contracted on a minimum of 10 hours worked per week, the main purpose of this role is to provide support to the creche over the weekend and holiday periods, as well as cover to planned and unplanned shifts such as sick leave and teams' holidays over the 7 days of the week that the crèche is open for.

It is therefore essential that applicants to the role are able to work such variety of hours across the week.

Salary will either be £6.70 or £6.93 per hour depending on qualification level.

Calling all childcare professionals we are looking for:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification, including trainees and students
• Demonstrable experience of working with children
• Caring individuals passionate about working with children
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Team players
• An ability to show initiative to work in a team
