DTP Desktop Publishing Work Placement Offered For Tattoo Magazine

Job description

Croydon Tattoo Convention is looking for someone with DTP and Graphic Design experience for a work placement to design a 40 page (approx) booklet / magazine which will include articles, interviews, images and graphics.

The content will all be supplied - the successful candidate will have to layout and arrange in a suitable fashion.

Ideally the candidate will have previous experience in magazine layout and DTP and will be experienced with DTP software. It will also be useful, but not necessary, if the candidate has an interest in tattoos and/or alternative culture.

The content is currently being sourced and we are looking to start the work placement in January 2013 for 2 or 3 weeks part time.

The successful applicant will receive a reference and testimonial from Croydon Tattoo Convention.

Desired profile

None necessary, however previous experience in DTP and/or magazine layout is a huge bonus.
