Sales and Marketing Role at TLKE (Graduate Position)

Job description

These graduate positions will support the sales and marketing for two rapidly growing businesses:

TLKE started in 2012 and distributes fashion watches and jewellery to major retailers that include Debenhams and HSamuel. TLKE Brands include Nine West, Anne Klein, Quicksilver, Roxy and others. The business is in its infancy, yet is accelerating fast. Help is needed to support this growth, thus providing exposure to all areas of the business including PR, sales & media. The main office is a short walk from Kew Gardens tube station, and the warehouse facility is in Lower Sydenham. Ideally the interns need to be located so they can easily commute between the two.

Applicants need to be quick to learn, logical, numerical and organised. The Role- Responsibilities
* Sales and marketing support
* Visual Merchandising
* Support with stock packing
* Order management
* PR support
* Part of a customer-centric team where high Customer Service is paramount
* Front of House Administration
* Prepare store visual merchandising packs
* Support preparing for meetings
* Packing and shipment of materials, including watch products and training course notes
* Develop leads for new businesses
* Assistance with chasing of outstanding invoices
* Desire to add value at all stages of work
* Maintain and organise showroom

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience

· Must have interpersonal skills, technical abilities and phone skills.
· Strong communication skills including phone, excellent listening and writing skills
· Proficient with email, voicemail, MS Office
· Highly Numerate
· CRM experience is a bonus
· Ideally a graduate with a min 2nd class honours degree but not essential

The interns will need to be able to travel to both office sites- South East London & Kew Gardens

Applicants must be able to work legally in the UK, as sponsorship is not available. Proof prior to interviews will be requested.
