We are looking for an undergraduate/graduate who wants to build broad business experience in operations, HR, business analysis and entrepreneurship. You will join our team in London and work directly with the founders. You will be a critical member of the team and have a high level of responsibility. You will interface directly with customers and providers. You will be involved in:
o Executing daily operations
o Dealing with queries from customers and providers
o Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and operational systems
• Human resources
o Recruiting providers through interviews and reference checking
o Optimising operations and our recruitment funnel
• Business analysis
o Conducting market research for product development
o Supporting product development and launch into new verticals
o Preparing analysis for ad hoc business projects eg pricing strategy
