The Europe Africa Business Unit is the second-largest of thyssenkrupp Elevator’s four Business Units. This regional unit handles the sale, installation and servicing of elevators, escalators and moving walks. The Business Unit’s headquarters – thyssenkrupp Elevator Europe Africa – is located in Essen in Germany and in Madrid in Spain, from where it coordinates activities in Germany, France, the British Isles, Austria, Switzerland, the Benelux countries, Scandinavia, Iberia, Italy, Turkey, Eastern Europe and Africa. In fiscal 2014/2015 the Business Unit had almost 15,700 employees and generated sales of over €2.2 billion at around 275 locations.
Ihre Aufgaben
· Act as a Subject Matter Experts for the electrical training portfolio
· Design and develop training concepts in close collaboration with internal/external Subject Matter Experts
· Facilitate electrical (controller, inverter) training for advanced level of international training participants (troubleshooters, commissioner, engineers, supervisors) at the seed campus site, as well as at the customers’ construction sites
· Refer training content to different target groups in a motivating attitude
· Update existing training offerings, equipment and materials to the latest iteration
· Support, develop and coach part- time trainers from local organizations in the related field of expertise
· Have a constant focus on Health & Safety, including the processes being trained as well as the training environment (jobsite, training truck, hall, equipment, classroom, etc.)
Ihr Profil
· Electricity/ electronics education and on the job experience in the roles of supervisor/ troubleshooter/ commissioner
· Deep knowledge and understanding in related area of expertise and general elevator business knowledge
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
· Language fluency in-line with the business environment as well as the target participant group
· Fluency in English and German; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
· Availability for business trips.
