Job description
Key responsibilities:
· Managing training scheduling within SEED Campus hubs and network locations, in collaboration with learning managers, internal and external trainers based on yearly learning offering plan
· Managing administrative learning processes, including training delivery (organization of invitation letters, catering and accommodation, e-learning access, etc.)
· Managing trainings' reporting (e.g. training statistics and training evaluation results)
· Invoicing with suppliers and internal customers, SRM processing
· Participation in corporate identity activities: development and update of the training catalogue and brochures, newsletters, articles, etc.
· Collaboration in training material reviews and preparation for delivery
· Search and preselection of training providers
Goal: Provide smooth and efficient organization of learning events and execution of back office administrative tasks.
Skills required:
· Organizational and event management skills
· Excellent time management skills
· Strong team player and communication skills
· Customer orientation (external and internal)
· Good IT knowledge (MS Office, SRM, learning management system)
· Project management skills
· Fluent English language skills
