Your responsibilities
thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experienced Regional Business Analyst to join our world class team in Denver, CO . This position is responsible to ensure that all branch personnel are properly trained in all Regional/District/Branch processes and procedures in order to effectively execute their job responsibilities consistently in all branches throughout the Region. The Regional BA is to ensure that branches are following consistent and proper process and procedure by conducting routine branch visits and offer additional training as needed. Regional BA is the primary trainer; consultant and expert in all matters related to Oracle, any/all new system implementations and elevate SOP roll outs.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Function as the primary contact for management, end-users and programming staff on all issues related to the Oracle system, any/all new system roll-outs and implementation and solve problems associated with any system implementations across all branches and Provide functional expertise and consultation to the users Serve as the “front line” for the branches when help and clarification on processes and procedures, as needed
· Creates and conducts Webinars with branches on current or updated procedures Also provides regular, “refresher” training on processes to ensure that the tasks are being completed correctly
· Regularly scheduled on-site visits to branches to provide support and training; quarterly visit to each branch is the expectation Trip report will be required from each branch visit
· Ensure user needs are met and provide day-to-day support to end users in support of all system software
· Assist/Manage/Train/Develop Branch Admin Staff and new employees, as needed
· Create and update business process documents and maintain documentation and lessons learned best practices, and quality improvement documentation
· Assists elevate team in developing and implementing policies and Standardized Operating Procedures (SOP's) throughout the branches, and manages District system functionality and optimization by driving these business practices and policies
· Serve as liaison between the customer communities (internal/external); regional and district management, operations, administrative teams and IT groups to determine system optimization and business needs
· Communicates between Shared Services and the branches to ensure that proper processes are being followed
· Assist Shared Services with payroll, extra billing, repair backlog/billing and other issues to meet the demands of the Shared Service Center, as needed
· Fosters a culture of compliance by ensuring all Corporate and Regional processes are followed and function efficiently throughout the branch administrative staff and their interaction with branch management
· Other duties as assigned
Your profile
· College degree preferred
· Experience with Oracle is required
· Prior office experience in a tke office is a plus
· Skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to build, modify and manipulate spreadsheets and presentations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to positively adapt to/embrace change and demonstrate/share that enthusiasm for change with others
· Ability to work independently and multi-task with limited supervision
· Extensive travel (75%-80%) – quarterly branch visits, roll outs, training, etc
