For our subsidiary in Torino we are looking at the next possible date for a Programmatore robot e addetto alla messa in funzione (m/f).

Your responsibilities

·  Capacità di apprendimento ed inserimento rapido negli standard e nelle applicazioni del cliente
·  Capacità di apprendimento ed inserimento rapido nei sistemi robot utilizzati
·  Creazione / adattamento del software applicativo
·  Messa in funzione e utilizzo di sistemi robotizzati
·  Messa in funzione di sistemi di bus di campo
·  Calibrazione e set-up di programmi robot offline
·  Modifiche (download) in base alle specifiche robot e standard cliente
·  Programmazione robot online nella realizzazione di impianti Car Body e sistemi di montaggio
·  Controllo dei TCP e relativi dati di carico
·  Controllo delle situazioni di interblocco e funzioni di sicurezza
·  Ottimizzazione dei programmi robot online in qualità e tempo ciclo
·  Inserimento di contromisure in accordo con il progetto e il cliente
·  Assistenza nei processi di ottimizzazione componenti e qualità
·  Gestione dei collaboratori esterni o fornitori esterni
·  Assicurazione della qualità presso i fornitori esterni
·  Realizzazione di documentazioni e presentazioni
·  Supporto allo sviluppo nella realizzazione di software tool

Your profile

·  Formazione come meccatronico (m/f) o nel settore metalmeccanico o settore elettrico e specializzazione come tecnico/responsabile (m/f) e/o
·  Studio universitario concluso nel settore elettrico/automazione/meccatronica (bachelor; diploma o master rappresentano un vantaggio)
·  Pluriennale esperienza lavorativa nell'industria automobilistica (e indotto)
·  Pluriennale esperienza di cantieri
·  Conoscenze pratiche nella programmazione/messa in funzione robot
·  Conoscenze di base dei processi da realizzare
·  Conoscenze dei comuni prodotti di MS-Office (Word, Excel)
·  disponibilità ai viaggi
·  Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Your profile
