Operating Unit Russia-CIS-Eastern Europe-Israel is a part of Business Unit Europe Africa.
Joining our team in Vienna you will be a part of a small but intact Operating Unit headquarter team of professionals with broad international exposure.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for controlling and financial reporting for a number of countries in Operating Unit RUEC (Russia-CIS-Eastern Countries- Israel) working closely with country CFOs and controlling team;
ensure the processes, policies and standards are aligned with Operating Unit Controlling Organization:
drive transparent and timely reporting structure in the countries in your scope of responsibility;
match given tasks from thyssenkrupp Controlling community with the country specific systems and resources
ensure transparent Management reporting in your countries in order to support decision making
take an active role in supporting implementing IT systems (SAP) in the respective countries
participate in/lead multilateral projects in OU RUEC
develop Query and Database solutions in order to achieve transparency

Your profile

deep understanding of Financial Management and Controlling – Degree in Finance;
ability to manage project/virtual teams & to work transparently with local and regional management;
ability to quickly learn corporate products & services;
deep understanding of controlling standards;
good relationship management skills including ability to work in multi-cultural environment;
ability to cope with today's ambiguity;
interpersonal, negotiating, presenting;
fluency in English and one or several Eastern European languages, proficiency in German;
willingness to travel.
