Your responsibilities

thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experienced Coordinator- ITS/MAX in Coppell, TX.

Participate in the internal US Field Operations technical support team for the thyssenkrupp Elevator enterprise IoT (Internet of Things) program. This position provides project coordination and support services for the program as well as interfacing with various cross functional groups including the field operations business.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

·  Periodic workshop planning, coordinating, and managing.
·  Coordinate and document periodic project/support meetings and workshops.
·  Support implementation of rules and event engine logic.
·  Interface with Technical Writers and Subject Matter Experts to create and edit product installation user manuals. Ensure that all documentation is complete and ready prior to new product release.
·  Collaborate with Field Operations stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts on the creation of Field Technical Bulletins pertaining to the IoT solution.
·  Coordinate inventories of IoT hardware, and manage return material authorization processes.
·  Manage 3rd party material procurement and repair activities.
·  Distribute project reports.
·  Perform other duties as assigned

Your profile

·  Two years of technical secondary education or equivalent work experience.
·  Preferred Project Management/Coordination experience.
·  Basic Understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) technology.
·  Advanced skills of Microsoft Excel; such as advanced formulas, conditional formatting, and Pivot Tables/Charts.
·  Experience with Microsoft Office products.
·  Ability to create Microsoft SQL Queries to retrieve data from large databases.
·  Microsoft PowerBI
·  Microsoft Project
·  Microsoft Visio
·  Quality Management Systems
·  This position requires up to 15% travel
