Your responsibilities
thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experienced Contract Setup Analyst in Miami, FL.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Review of customer maintenance contracts and company to compare for accuracy
· Data entry of Service Maintenance Contract information and revisions
· Communication and correspondence with Internal and External customers
· Processing adjustments/credits
· Ensuring monthly reports are accurately maintained and provided to required individuals as necessary
· Month End Balancing
· Adhere to company policy by properly maintaining Document Retention
· Participation in special projects
Your profile
· High school diploma/GED
· Customer service experience
· Detail oriented problem solving, analytical, and basic math skills
· Proficient written and verbal communication skills
· Good data entry and computer skills
· Experience with Oracle is preferred
· Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize
· Engage and collaborate in a team environment
· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
