What are we looking for?
We are ambitious and want to revolutionise the way people find, choose and buy cards, so we’re looking for someone who is as excited about the business as we are, and who will be dedicated, hardworking and always on the lookout for opportunities. We’ve just hit TV screens with a brand new ad and we’re growing fast, so you’ll need to be able to keep up with the fast pace and innovative outlook we have here. You’ll also need to be happy to work flexibly, pushing yourself to learn new skills and ‘muck in’ to get things done where necessary.

What you’ll be doing:
Dealing with day-to-day customer queries via email, chat and phone;
Liaising with the Tech team and our printers to implement any changes or amendments;
Seeking and relaying customer feedback to optimise our customer journey;
Working flexibly to support the whole team on larger and more complex projects;
Opportunities to progress both within this role and across different areas of the business for the right candidate.

We’re keen to meet someone who is/has:
Good communication skills both verbal and written;
Confident in speaking to a range of people from varying backgrounds;
Ability to think long-term and balance the needs/desires of customers with the needs of the company;
Ability to turn a customer from dissatisfied to engaged, whilst still being mindful of profitability;
Ability to work independently and proactively, think on your feet and problem-solve;
Attention to detail, disciplined and highly organised;
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a good sense of humour!;
A willingness to learn and the ability to utilise new software quickly;
Passion for the creative and tech industries is desirable but not essential.

What do you get out of it?
The opportunity to carve out a role for yourself and grow fast along with the business. Regular office treats (doughnuts fuel our creative fire!), and freedom from stuffy dress codes and corporate attitudes.

To apply, please submit your CV and a short, to-the-point cover letter. Make sure to tell us exactly why you’re right for this role and what you’ll bring to our startup. What are your strengths, what motivates you and where do you want to go in life?

We look forward to hearing from you

Make every future a success.
