Process Associate - Sales Commission

Job description

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Administration activities on the Trust Commissions tool including reference data maintenance, processing of manual adjustments on Sales transaction data and monitoring the tool daily scheduled activities

2. Accountable for the accurate and timely processing of adjustments and reference data changes

3. Written or verbal interaction with Commission Analysts located in Bangalore, London and New York on adjustment processing and support them on any queries or report requests from Trust Commissions

3. Partner effectively with EBS support teams and perform user acceptance tests (UAT testing) from Business side and support in defect fixes or system enhancements on the Commissions tool
4. Ensure proper processes are followed for the areas that come under SOX and ensure 100% Compliance
5. Produce various scheduled as well as ad hoc reports as requested by Global Stakeholders by extracting the data from Trust Commissions with different design or customization to enable proper analysis and interpretation

6. Quickly adapt to new policies or process changes and support in documenting the same

Education:

B Com / BBM / MBA (Finance)

Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:

1. At least 2-3 years of Work Experience in finance industry

2. Intermediate Excel Knowledge

3. Effective listening and Communication skills, both verbal and in writing
4. Personable professional whose strengths include cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings.
5. Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
6. Enthusiastic learner, eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilate new concepts

7. Highly adaptable, mobile, positive, resilient, patient risk-taker who is open to new ideas.

Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:

Advanced Excel, Macros & MS Access Knowledge

Knowledge and experience working with IBM Cognos ICM tool (Varicent Admin Client) and Salesforce (SFDC)
Exposure to Sales Operations & Incentive Model
