Thomson Reuters Central Marketing Team is looking for an experienced front-end developer who is familiar with HTML and JavaScript, demand-generation systems and practices to join our growing Marketing Automation Team. You will contribute directly to the evolution of Thomson Reuters Legal marketing automation platform by developing forms, landing pages, emails, and webpages for targeted and ongoing campaigns. This role requires a strong development background using technology to support demand generation, email marketing, inbound marketing, lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and business process improvement.
Main Responsibilities
· Develop custom HTML and custom scripts to support the creation of landing pages, forms, and emails in Oracle Eloqua in support of multi-touch drip nurture and broadcast emails
· Work closely with the TR web team to integrate external web forms with Oracle Eloqua backend forms
· Manage the development and placement of tracking scripts, validation scripts, and other custom coding for lead intake and reporting purposes
· Fix software issues and code irregularities
· Work as part of a team supporting TR Legal custom Oracle Eloqua deployment
· Conceptualize and implement technical solutions to solve business challenges
· Manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and projects to deadlines with a high degree of quality in the deliverables
Experience:
· 1-3 + years’ experience in front-end development
· 1-3 + years’ of overall experience related to marketing operations
· 1-3 + years’ experience in marketing technology platforms

Desired profile
Knowledge/Skills
· Front-end development skills including HTML, CSS and Java Script
· Preferred experience implementing scripts related to Adobe Analytics and Adobe Tag Manager
· Preferred experience working on a marketing team with marketing technology systems
· Technically capable, excellent communicator and a desire to improve process
· Meticulous attention to detail and experience in QA testing
· Strong project management skills and experience using a project management tracking solution (Trello, Basecamp, etc.)
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with competing deadlines
· Comfortable working in a high growth environment as part of a team and as an individual contributor
· Organized, methodical, proactive and analytical professional who is comfortable in a high demand, geographically-disbursed team environment

Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or comparable web development work experience
