Position : Dealing Specialist

Location – Bangalore

Job description:

Role Purpose

What is the primary purpose of this role? How does it contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives?

Process requests for Dealing Direct, Matching ,FXT,FxAll related Admin activities.

Monitor request received via multiple workflow tools like TOM, Outlook, Siebel, Salesforce & carry out entitlements in our designated Permissioning tools namely TPASS/TVAULT, EAS,FxAll Admin System etc.,

Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets to provide good customer service.

Support over the weekend (on rotational basis) /or outside office hours as needed to carry out planned/unplanned tasks.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

· To consistently enhance customer experience through improving timeliness in service delivery by meeting the agreed turnaround time with 100% accuracy

· Ensure that planning activities to enable accurate and timely order fulfilment are carried out. This includes: verification of permissioning needs, communication requirements and general customer needs: provision of timeframes and setting customer expectations as appropriate.

· Understanding the sensitivity of customer impact and consequences of actions.

· Flexibility and adaptability to challenging and demanding needs of the business

· To mail, speak and interact with functions (Order Management Specialist, CIS, Field Engineers, TAM/AM, GTS) to expedite the resolution.

· To display strong process and system knowledge to independently resolve difficult requests and escalations

· Display proficiency and knowledge to manage complex requests and build better understanding of business, upstream and downstream processes.

· Manage customer queries and communication in a professional and service-minded manner ensuring that resolution is provided even if not directly within own brief.

· Support on-going transformation programme of FXT by quickly adapting to the changes.

Education:




University degree.

Required Skills:

· Open to shifts and ready to work on weekends on rational basis

Desired Skills :

· 2 + yrs of relevant experience in Customer Service, Order-to-Cash Data processing role.

· Understanding of basic concepts of Financial Markets and Trading would be an added advantage
