Position Title: Accounts Production Content Developer (Finnish Speaking)

Role Summary: Development, release, support and testing of Accounts Production standard templates, specifically for Finnish language, but also for other languages.

ONESOURCE solutions cover a broad range of taxes including Direct Tax Compliance and reporting, Indirect Tax determination and Compliance, Tax Planning and Workflow Management. ONESOURCE Accounts Production is a statutory reporting tool used by organisations to produce financial statements.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

· Develop reporting templates from provided content specifications in accordance with deadlines
· Assist with the support of clients through our support model
· Assist in testing of reporting templates to ensure high quality standards and development protocols are being followed
· Assist in systems testing of the platform to ensure requirements are met
· Assist in the preparation of release documentation including release notes, client and internal communications
· Share knowledge with other team members
· Ensure administrative obligations are met in an accurate and timely manner (e.g. timesheets, leave requests, performance reviews, attendance at group meetings)

Key Relationships:

· Reports to Team Lead – Accounts Production Content Team
· Content and platform teams – proactive participation, contribution and assistance into the product development lifecycle
· Support – provision of support as required
· Client Services team – assist in training the team on the application and templates so that they can train and implement at clients. Also gather feedback from Client Services team

Essential Skills:

· Finnish reading/writing/speaking
· English reading/writing/speaking
· Accounting degree/experience
· IT/Software degree/experience
· Financial reporting knowledge/experience
· Attention to detail
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to work in a team
Desired Skills:

· Programming experience especially in MS Excel to macro level
· Other European language skills advantageous
Education/ Certifications:

· Accounting degree/experience
· IT/Software degree/experience
